To avoid frustration or potential injury, Bungee Fitness Classes are taken in this order: Level 1, Level 1.5, Level 2, Level 3 and so on. ALL BUNGEE PARTICIPANTS MUST TAKE LEVEL 1 BEFORE ANY OTHER LEVEL. Bungee HIIT and Bungee Skills classes can be attended once you've taken Level 1 classes. Please be aware that our weight limit for bungee classes is 250lbs.
MIXXEDFIT
This dance inspired class will be sure to get your heart rate high and keep it there. With rapid movements from arms to hips to legs, you will for sure need a towel when taking this class. Think Zumba but a wider variety of music.
