To avoid frustration or potential injury you should take the Bungee Fitness Classes in this order: Level 1, Level 1.5, Level 2, Level 3 and so on. Bungee HIIT and Bungee Skills classes can be attended once you've taken Level 1 classes. Please be aware that our weight limit for bungee classes is 250lbs.
This is your first class. You will be learning the bungee basics and applying them to 1-2 choreographed routines. The structure of this class is 70% learning, 30% doing. You should take Beginner until you feel comfortable with the harness, movements and terminology. We do require that you take at least 2 beginner classes before moving to a Level 1 class.
