To avoid frustration or potential injury, Bungee Fitness Classes are taken in this order: Level 1, Level 1.5, Level 2, Level 3 and so on. ALL BUNGEE PARTICIPANTS MUST TAKE LEVEL 1 AND BE APPROVED BY THE INSTRUCTORS BEFORE ANY OTHER LEVEL. Bungee HIIT and Bungee Skills classes can be attended once you've taken Level 1 classes. Please be aware that our weight limit for bungee classes is 250lbs.
Body Blast
In this class, you will be challenged for up to 45 mins with different forms of exercise such as a sled push, pullups, and the battlerope, just to name a few. You will then transition to 15 minutes of nothing but core exercises. This class is meant to push you to the brink by showing just how strong you can be.
