To avoid frustration or potential injury you should take the Bungee Fitness Classes in this order: Beginner Bungee, Endurance Level 1, Motivation Level 2, Determination Level 3. Bungee HIIT and Skills classes will be added at a later date and can be attended once you've taken Level 1 classes.
This is your first class. You will be learning the bungee basics and applying them to 1-2 choreographed routines. The structure of this class is 70% learning, 30% doing. You should take Beginner until you feel comfortable with the harness, movements and terminology. We do require that you take at least 2 beginner classes before moving to a Level 1 class.
